SUMMARY:Mental Health Week
DESCRIPTION:Get Loud for CMHA’s 65th Annual\nMental Health Week\, May 2-8
\, 2016\nMental Health Week is fast approaching. And again this year\, CMH
A is asking Canadians to GET LOUD for mental health!\n\nGetting loud means
speaking up to stop the discrimination and the stigma that usually go han
d in hand with mental illness. It means using your voice to raise awarenes
s and build support. For someone at work. For someone at home. For yoursel
 f. This year\, we’re not just getting loud. We’re also wearing green i
n support of positive mental health.\n\nJoin us. Tell everyone to #Get Lou
d to maintain positive mental health. GET LOUD to get it back. Because the
louder we all get\, the bigger difference we will make. And there’s a l
ot of difference to be made.\n\nCheck CMHA’s Mental Health Week website
frequently in the coming months for updates and campaign information.\nAbo
ut Mental Health Week\nCMHA introduced Mental Health Week (MHW) in 1951 to
raise awareness of mental illness in Canada. Today\, MHW offers practical
ways to maintain and improve mental health and support recovery from ment
 al illness and addictions.

SUMMARY:Bell Let's Talk Day: January 28th
DESCRIPTION:Bell Let’s Talk launched in 2010 with a focus on building awa
reness\, acceptance and action in mental health. Since then Canadians have
taken the conversation around mental health to remarkable heights\, makin
g it clear that mental health matters.\n\nIn a recent survey conducted by
Nielsen Consumer Insights in 2019\, 84% of Canadians now say they are comf
ortable speaking with others about mental health\, compared to only 42% in
2012. It’s time to build on that increased awareness and acceptance and
put a greater focus on action to create positive change in our schools\,
workplaces\, and communities.\n\nThrough the 2020 Bell Let’s Talk Day ca
mpaign\, we featured 8 outstanding Canadian organizations taking action by
providing supports and services to make a difference for people experienc
ing mental health challenges. With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in M
arch 2020\, when it comes to mental health\, now more than ever\, every ac
tion counts. These remarkable organizations continue to take action to sup
port Canadians in a time of physical and social distancing to ensure peopl
e have the support they need during the pandemic. You can learn more about
each of these organizations below.\n\nFor information on the hundreds of

 ay\, 24 July\, symbolizes that the benefits of self-care are experienced 2
 4 hours a day\, 7 days a week. In other words\, the benefits of self-care
are life-long and do not just relate to a single day. ISD on 24 July simpl
