 on Training is an interactive skills-based workshop that provides particip
 ants with foundational suicide response skills. \n\nParticipants will lear
 n how to:\n\n 	Recognize signs that someone may be having thoughts of suic
 ide\, \n 	Engage in supportive and compassionate conversations\, and \n 	C
 onnect individuals to appropriate resources using the SPACE Helping Model.
  \n\nThis workshop includes facilitated discussions and opportunities to p
 ut skills into practice.  \n\nDesigned for organizations across all secto
 rs\, the workshop explores how individuals at every level can contribute t
 o a more supportive and responsive workplace environment. \n\nThis traini
 ng is intended for individuals that interact with the public or with clie
 nts who may be thinking about suicide and want to learn foundational suici
 de response skills. Please note this training is not intended for people 
 in roles that are responsible for risk assessment and/or safety planning (
