120 youth and counsellors from 13 Victoria High Schools gathered for CMHA BC Division’s 5th Headstrong Anti-Stigma Summit. CMHA partnered with the Mental Health Commission of Canada to bring youth together for a day of learning. They heard stories from other youth with lived experience, took part in thought provoking activities and then designed action plans to take back to their school communities to help break down the stigma surrounding mental health.
